Shipping policy

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our items. 

We ship items Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. 

Please note that processing times are different from shipping times. All orders are shipped AFTER being processed.

Processing is the amount of time it takes us to package and/or create your order. Although orders may be processed faster depending on inventory, you should follow these general guidelines for your items.

Processing time for items are as follows:

CANDLES, WAX MELTS & BODY BUTTER 3 days processing

All BASIC FULL SET nail set orders and accessories will be processed in 3 days time & shipped within 3 business days after (excludes holidays). 

All MADE TO ORDER nail sets have a processing time of 5 days and will be shipped within 3 business days after (excludes holidays). 

All items are shipped (dropped at the post office) by Rare Opulence within our 3 day time frame. 

Shipping Times are determined by USPS below follows their current guidelines:

Ground Advantage: 3-7 Business Days

Priority Mail: 1-2 Business Days 

Please note delivery times are estimates. Rare Opulence Collection does not guarantee delivery times. 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen goods after the items have been shipped. If you have any issues receiving your order please contact your local USPS office.
