Refund policy
ALL SALES OF SHEA BUTTER ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products we will not accept any returns nor issue refund for butter. If you have an issue during your purchase process or you have questions about a specific item, please visit our FAQ page or contact us at help@rareopulence.net so that we may assist you. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
Accessories (Sunglasses, Jewelry, Etc):
You have 14 days to submit a return you can click here or select 'submit a return' at the bottom of the site. It will prompt you to create an account in order to complete the process. To be eligible for return the item must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Item must be unused and free from visible damage. If these conditions are not met, your return request will not be approved. If approved you will be issued a refund. There is a 5% restocking fee on all items. Please allow up to 3 business days to process all return request.
Once the 14 day mark has passed we will no longer honor any return request.
*Please note once your return is processed and approved whichever method you have selected to receive your funds is automatically released on this end however, it may take a few days to show on your account due to your bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order or change a shipping address you must send us an email at help@rareopulence.net within 48 hours of the order being placed. You should receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
We do not offer exchanges.
